Bob and Sally - Richmond

Dear Bob,

Sally and I want to thank you for all of your good work, and especially your unfailing good humor and helpfulness, in building our new home.  We had been through this process thirteen years earlier with a truly outstanding builder in Indiana, so we set the bar very high for you.  We much appreciate your efforts during the planning phase to find ways to match to our budget what was possible.  We appreciate all the insight you provided as we moved through the stressful processes of choosing materials, finishes, colors, fixtures, lighting, and appliances.  Your suggestions and guidance were invaluable in helping us work with various subcontractors to make irreversible choices for matters such as plumbing, masonry, and electrical.  Both Sally and I had fathers who were skilled at woodworking, so we know what good finish carpentry is and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of workmanship that is now evident in our home.  It was a pleasure working with you many times a week during the construction, and it was also a pleasure interacting with your crew, who were always courteous and eager to make things the way we wanted them.  We have lived in our home for a year now and everything is as it should be, a delightful home that was built the right way.  We are proud of it and I am sure you are too.
