Construction Management Services

Bickford Construction Corporation provides construction management services to companies affiliated with the Milot Group to build their new residential communities.  We have completed the Church Street Housing Project in Richmond and the Creekside Housing Project in Hinesburg.  Currently we are building the Carriage Homes at the Cider Mill in South Burlington and the Hamlet in Williston.  To learn more about these Milot communities please click here.
