Glenn Macy

Glenn earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Vermont.  Following a distinguished Air Force career in acquisition management and logistics, he returned to Vermont with his wife Lisa and their daughter Sarah to be closer to family and his Hundred Acre Wood.

As project manager for Bickford Construction’s production home communities, Glenn’s organizational and team building skills are an effective “force multiplier” when planning, coordinating and responding to the multifaceted demands of construction management.  Experienced in quality management and ISO 9000 he continually finds ways to improve our processes and procedures.  He has built an agile and responsive team of world class trades people and subcontractors.  Mission accomplishment and customer satisfaction are his teams’ top priorities.

Glenn is the president of his homeowner’s association and spends most of his free time building and modifying his camp and managing his woodland for timber and improved wildlife habitat.
