Heidi and Steve - Williston

We relocated to Vermont last winter, and we feel extremely fortunate to have purchased a wonderful home built by Bickford Construction.  We were looking for an older home and almost didn’t even view this one because it was new construction.  Once we saw it, however, we fell in love with its quality and beauty.

Though we did not know of Bickford Construction before buying, our realtor spoke very highly of the firm and what a solid reputation they have in the community.  Also, our housing inspector noted that it was one of the best inspections he had done in many years.   

The minor issues which came up were handled quickly and professionally.

The home is situated beautifully and thoughtfully on the property.  There are abundant windows that allow the sun to warm the house in the winter and minimize heat in the summer.  Though built to resemble a farmhouse on the outside, the inside has lovely details and modern amenities that make it extremely comfortable and livable.

We are thrilled with our home and we did not hesitate to also use Bickford Construction to finish the room over the garage.  Even though it was a relatively small project, Bob was attentive and thorough and his crews completed the job on time.

If we were to ever build a home, we would certainly use Bickford Construction.
