We offer either in-house design services, or we have a number of top notch designers and architects that we can recommend. Our advice is to have us involved during the design process so that we can help to steer the design towards something that will fulfill your needs while remaining within your budget.
Before work begins we will provide you with a detailed Outline Specification that describes in detail the full scope of work for each phase of the project. We also will provide you with an estimate of the cost of construction so that there will not be any surprises.
We will prepare a critical path method (CPM) construction schedule and will provide you with a Selection List that outlines all decisions and selections that need to be made throughout the project along with dates that those decisions are needed by.
During construction, we will meet with you on a regular basis to keep you informed and to help you through the process of making all the needed decisions. We are happy to accompany our customers to our supplier’s showrooms and to offer guidance to help with selections.
We take pride in using high quality materials and make sure that all work is performed to our high standards. We also keep our jobsites clean and safe.
