Our Team

Bob Bickford, a sixth generation Vermonter, is owner and president of Bickford Construction Corporation.  Bob lives and works in Williston.

Bob's  interest in construction started in high school while being a laborer for a local construction company.  Enjoyment of this construction experience led Bob to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering.  After spending time in Boston, Connecticut, New York, Louisiana and Florida, Bob and his family moved back home to Vermont in 1996 and have been happy to be here ever since!

Bob has earned two professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  The first is Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and the second is Certified Green Professional (CGP).  In a constant effort to improve his business, Bob has also been active in the NAHB Builder 20 Club program since 2003.

When not working, Bob's hobbies include moutain biking, road biking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sailing, hiking, hunting, spending time with his family and enjoying adventurous outings with his friends the "Big Dogs" on Wednesday nights.

Dave has worked at Bickford Construction since 2000 and is a superintendent on our custom home and renovation projects.  Dave is a master carpenter and still enjoys working along side the crew as time allows.  Dave's attention to every detail, his care for our customers and the pride he takes in his work make him an important factor in our success.

Dave lives in North Hero with his wife Shelley, their kids, Dillon and Faith, and their dog, Fisher.

When Dave's not working it is a pretty sure bet that you will find him on Lake Champlain doing what he enjoys most, fishing! 

Todd is a site superintendent on our production home communities.  Todd has been with Bickford Construction since 2003 and does a great job at handling the busy schedule associated with building many houses concurrently.

Todd lives in Essex with his wife Gail and their two sons, Kayleb and Andrew.  When not working, Todd enjoys watching his sons play hockey and soccer and enjoys spending time in the woods hunting.
