Our contract was for a fixed price with allowances for certain categories. In the end, the final cost was below the contract price.

I guess the most surprising part of the construction to me were the daily visits that you made to communicate suggestions and concerns to the guys building the deck and to let us be part of the whole process.

Bickford Construction came in on budget and came in on time.  Their quality of work was really impecable and would use them without hestiaton should the opportunity present itself.

But what truly amazed us was that you took a very complex project, and finished it on time and under budget.
